As stated in our Terms of Use, this Application is provided solely for demonstration, evaluation, and illustrative purposes to showcase the full end-to-end features of our OTT platform.

To demonstrate the full functional capabilities of our OTT solution (including user onboarding, authentication, and subscription flows), the Application allows you to interact with feature demonstrations.

• Demo Account & Profile Data: When you test user registration, account creation, or login features, you may input data such as a name, email address, phone number, or credentials.
• Simulated Transaction Data: When testing payment or subscription flows, you may interact with payment input fields. Please note: These flows are purely for demonstration. You should not enter real, sensitive financial information (such as actual credit card numbers).
• Technical & Usage Data: We may collect non-identifiable technical data, such as device type, operating system version, performance logs, crash reports, and anonymous usage duration to monitor system health and optimize the platform.

3. Purpose and Non-Commercial Limitations

We do not use any personal or input data for commercial, marketing, or profiling purposes.

Any data entered into the Application is processed strictly for:

• Demonstrating the front-end and back-end capabilities of the VUCOS OTT architecture to potential clients and evaluators.
• Maintaining system security, application performance, and operational functionality during demo sessions.

4. Data Retention and Storage

Data entered during demo sessions (such as test registration details) is kept minimal, restricted, and temporary:

• Demo data is stored securely and isolated within our evaluation environments.
• We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your demo data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application does not use persistent tracking cookies or identifiers for cross-site tracking or targeted advertising. Temporary session tokens and essential technical telemetry may be used solely to manage your demo session and collect performance diagnostics.

6. Third-Party Services

Because this Application is an end-to-end demonstration platform, external integrations (such as payment gateways or content delivery networks) are integrated in a sandbox or test environment. No actual commercial transactions are completed, and no data is shared with external commercial entities.

7. Your Data Protection Rights

Under applicable data privacy regulations, including the Turkish Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), you have rights regarding your personal data (such as requesting access, rectification, or erasure).

If you have entered real personal data into the demo app and wish to have it removed immediately, please contact us at hello@vucos.io, and we will promptly delete it from our demo records.
